ADF Barre pulls from Andrea's ballet background and is a dance and strength inspired workout that will leave you feeling long and lean. This class will focus on training the supporting muscles of the legs, back, and core while also challenging balance and coordination. Andrea will give options within the workout from beginner to advanced, allowing for a safe and effective workout regardless of the level of experience.
The Forme Method® barre class combines elements of ballet, Pilates and strength training into a dynamic format that will transform your body and mind! This signature cardio barre class incorporates a lot of other fitness modalities into one class. While the class remains low-impact, we incorporate HIIT training, a little kick-boxing, and some of our favorite barre moves. Get ready to sweat, burn calories, and sculpt your entire body.
