Steve Aoki is always on the go - traveling for shows, interviews, appearances, and more! Aoki Bootcamp was born out of Steve’s passion for fitness and making time in his hectic schedule to break a sweat wherever and whenever he can. No excuses! Steve’s workouts consist of mostly bodyweight training, and he loves to work out with trainers and fitness enthusiasts as he travels around the world. On NEOU, Aoki Bootcamp is taught by Christi Marraccini, the head instructor of GO.

Core Rhythm Fitness
Core Rhythm Fitness (CRF) is passionate about mind, body and spirit transformation. Founded by CEO, Rodrick Covington, they are a boutique nutrition/fitness company based out of New York City. They believe the best way to transform the body is by starting with the core! Pilates is the foundation of their methodology. This is how they build core strength and create alignment in the body. CRF is geared towards shredding, leaning and toning the body, engaging the mind, and empowering the spirit.
The CPXperience demands accountability and progress through goal-oriented training, a disciplined diet and a sexy motivating beat. In this class, Courtney will deliver a personal training vibe in a class setting with each day of the week focusing on a different body part. With the will to be a little better today than you were the day before, all tied in with strength training & cardiovascular conditioning is the CPX guarantee bet for fitness.
Training C.A.M.P. is a high intensity cardiovascular and strength-training class based on the principles and techniques used to improve the performance of athletes. It consists of a dynamic warm up, plyometrics and drills to build power, speed, agility, endurance and core strength. Whether your an athlete striving to get better or simply looking to get leaner and stronger, this class will take you to the next level!
The RIPPEDISM class is inspired by the 60 day body transformation programs created by Stu and Jeff. Whether full body or targeted muscle groups, the workouts are designed to improve cardiovascular stamina, build muscular strength and burn massive amounts of calories to carve a sculpted, lean body. Utilizing the high intensity interval training principle (HIIT), intense periods of body weight, dumbbell and core exercises followed by short periods of rest will push your body to its limit and leave you dripping with sweat. Whether your goal is to torch body fat, build lean muscle or improve athletic performance, RIPPEDISM is adaptable to a wide array of fitness goals. Stu and Jeff will coach you to go all out when your body allows and dial it back with modifications when needed. You will be rewarded for pushing hard as the speed and intensity of the intervals will trigger the afterburn effect that turns your body into a furnace, efficiently burning calories and building lean muscle even after you finish!
Brave Body Project is a sweaty party with your girlfriends! Brave Body Project offers two styles of classes: beat-based and time-based. The beat-based class is a fast-paced, hybrid workout combining strength & cardio. You'll work on strength, stamina, balance, coordination, and lots of core and booty work - all set to a carefully curated bangin' playlist! The time-based classes are 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of recovery in between each move. Whether you're sweating with us in our beat-based or time-based classes, we promise you'll have fun, sweat your booty off, and build a strong, beautiful bod you can be proud of.
B.A.M! stands for Building Athletic Movement. This bootcamp is designed to help you become more fit and teach you to move effectively. B.A.M! combines calisthenics, core work, movement specific progressions, and mobility. You spend the class building up to a HIIT block of work, consisting of functional and explosive movements, leaving you sweaty but ready to jump faster and higher than before. While it might not start out immediately as intense as some HIIT classes, it will quickly pick up speed. The H.I.I.T. version of this class will often implement EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) and AMRAP (As Many Reps as Possible) formats, while the recovery class will mostly consist of stretching flows.
