Boxing & Kickboxing
STRIKE is a high-intensity boxing workout that is charged by a good beat! The class focuses on good technique and coaches through punches and defensive moves. You will begin with interval training and dive directly into shadowboxing. There are six full boxing rounds, plus a half-time that includes extra conditioning.
TKO The Journey
Warm up. Box. Cool down. TKO will take you through 6 total rounds of heavy bag punching combinations alongside conditioning/core strength movements. A total body workout with an emphasis on range of motion, teaching boxing technique (offensive punches and defensive maneuvers) and increasing endurance and stamina. Total Knockout.
Endure. Exceed. Evolve.
E3 will test your physical and mental limits, while taking you to a place, a mindset, and an evolution you never thought possible. This beat driven class is a scientific blend of boxing, strength and conditioning as well as a total body HIIT. The class is divided into 3 major categories (boxing, strengthening and conditioning) to give you a total body “evolution.”

Marcus offers classes for all levels; whether you are a beginner to fighting or just wanting to perfect your skills. These classes will take you through the training a fighter experience; boxing & kickboxing training is just the start.
