These sessions will help you breathe, tone, and self-reflect through a fusion of dance and Pilates sequences ranging in levels but always choreographed to the music. The culture is all about redefining how we treat ourselves and is designed to make you FEEL good, LIVE well, and BECOME stronger.

Toning + Sculpting
Move to the beat of music while you sculpt and sweat. This rhythmic workout will engage every part of your body starting with your legs, working your way to your upper body, and ending with your core that will leave you wanting more. This 45 minute class uses your own body weight as resistance while overloading your muscles. With a focus on micro-movements and high repetitions, you will definitely feel a burn! Fit and Lit
Dance + HIIT
Fit and Lit started as an outdoor fitness class in Harlem. Classes combine dance cardio and HIIT for a sweat that is preceded by fun! The name “Fit and Lit” means to firstly, enjoy yourself while you are working out and enjoy the good you are doing for your body. Secondly, to be mindful of the enlightenment taking place while you exercise because you are getting stronger physically and mentally. There is a transference of strength from body to mind when you complete challenging tasks within your workout. You are better able to handle challenges outside of the physical exercise setting after completing challenges within it.
Dance + Bootcamp
JJ Dancer takes working out to the next level of fitness training! JJ's classes offer a variety of options. These full body workouts can consist of anything from intense muscle conditioning with a super fun and sweaty dance party, ballet inspired workouts using barres or chairs or dance cardio routines derived from styles like Hip-Hop, Jazz-Funk, Salsa, Ballet, Belly Dance and LOTS of booty shaking! Every class is designed to tone and create new muscles, build serious endurance, and sculpt a lean, sexy and STRONG dancer’s body. It’s hard work, sweat and fun all set to great music! JJ's workouts will leave you breathless, sweaty and feeling AMAZING!

Cardio Kickboxing + HIIT
Experience a mix of cardio kickboxing, plyometrics and choreographed push-up drills. This class will spike your heart rate and lift you out of your comfort zone. Get lost in the music and PUSH!

For everyone out there who loves yoga, but needs their cardio fix, OR, who loves a kick-butt work out, knows they “need” yoga, but gets bored with the slow pace of a traditional class, CrossFlowX™ is for you! You CAN have both. And sweat and laugh through it all.
Heidi Kristoffer created CrossFlowX™ after years of people asking her what class she loved, and not having an answer. CrossFlowX™ is her answer: a fast-paced blending of strength and core-focused flows, high intensity cardio intervals, traditional yoga kriyas, and a little bit Xtra, this class is one big sweaty yoga party! Pumped with great music and uber-positive vibes, you will leave feeling strong, full of optimism, clear-headed, empowered and exhausted, yet energized!
Dina Juve’s classes will combine Mindful meditation and Kettlebells. Classes will start by making sure everyone is being mindful in the workout while warming up. The class will then move into a full body Kettlebell workout while getting the heart rate up and working all body parts. Dina ends her classes with a quick mindful meditation which will leave all feeling mentally and physically empowered.
