Andrea Dusel-Foil Fitness (ADF Fitness) was formed in early 2018 with the goal of helping as many people as possible to reach their fitness goals in a supportive and non-judgmental manner. ADF Fitness aims to inspire clients to believe in themselves and what they can accomplish when they set their minds to it. ADF Pilates was developed by Andrea to give the most effective pilates workout whether it is in a condensed amount of time or a full 45 to 60 minute class. ADF Pilates will target the "Pilates Powerhouse" leaving you feeling strengthened, stretched and toned. Andrea will give practitioners options within the workout from beginner to advanced, allowing for a safe and effective workout no matter what the experience level.
Amanda Blauer Pilates
Amanda Blauer Pilates is a Pilates class accessible to all bodies. It will help you stand taller, eliminate pain, and leave your entire body feeling worked! Everything is done on a mat, mostly laying down on your back, sides, or stomach. Amanda’s Pilates class incorporates the classical exercises Joseph Pilates himself created, with contemporary movement Amanda has developed to keep the body challenged. It is a low impact workout focused on alignment and form, as the exercise will be more effective and efficient when the body is properly placed. The breathing patterns in class will keep you mentally engaged and leave you feeling clear-headed and energized as if it were a meditation. You will work every muscle group with bodyweight exercises like planks, abdominal curls, leg lifts, and push-ups. While Amanda Blauer Pilates gives you a total body workout, the focus is your core, taking inches off your waist with consistent practice. Every exercise lengthens the muscles while strengthening them, creating a longer and more sculpted aesthetic. The class will leave you feeling better AND looking better – what more could you ask for?!
