Bells Up is a total-body kettlebell and bodyweight class, created with a perfect blend of strength and sweat. Each class starts with a body weight warm-up and one specific movement using one or two kettlebells. As class progress through a sequence of timed intervals and new movements, you’ll be challenged in skill, strength and cardio endurance. Every interval builds to a final sequence that feels like a dance party with iron. Keep your bells up to build a powerhouse core and lean, defined muscles. Proper form and technique cues are a major focus and all movements are adaptable to beginners and advanced levels.

The Fit Fourth (Pre/Post Natal)
The Fit Fourth is a program to help moms gain back strength and confidence postpartum. This class covers breathing techniques, posture, and core; all essential foundational skills needed before high-impact activities. The FF will help transition you into running, HIIT classes, and weight training, after you have your baby. It will also help support your goals long term. The movements will be specific and safe for new moms to gain back strength and maintain the natural flow of what the body intended.
