Align & Flow
Prepare to be challenged with offerings of more intense variations to the traditional postures that you already know. Kendra will still focus on keeping the body safe and aligned, but will encourage you to try new things, challenge yourself, and go deeper into the postures.
Om The Journey
Welcome to a guided Vinyasa flow that will combine dynamically driven movements and a restorative flow. This combined power and restorative flow will help to build overall strength and length to muscles as well as slow down to focus on controlled movements. This Journey will help the body and mind recover, rejuvenate and re-energize. A flow that will leave you with a powerful connection between mind, body and soul.
Kat Fowler's class combines traditional yoga principles with the modern demands of an urban lifestyle to recalibrate the mind, body, and nervous system. Each practice is intelligently and intentionally designed, pairing dynamic movement of varying intensity levels with breath work to create a tangible shift in your energy. This practice will leave you feeling refreshed, your mind re-grounded, and your energy levels replenished. This is an open level practice.
Warrior Asana is a combination of athletic mobility drills, basic Vinyasa flows, and rhythmic swings to increase flexibility, dynamic strength, strength endurance, relieve tension, and reset your body. Warriors assess situations quickly. We know when to move quickly or slowly and when to lean in or pull back. We always do this in a manner that is seamless and efficient.
Warrior Asana was built to make yoga more athletic and rhythmic to get beginner yogis and athletes out of their head and into their bodies and learn how to flow. This practice will help you hone your skills to analyze and assess a situation and move in a more efficient manner – energetically and with only the necessary amount of effort. When you can move and think in a calmer more efficient way it will spill over into other areas of your life.
Jai Sugrim Method
The Jai Sugrim Method is a scientific approach for bringing the human body and mind into harmony. It teaches the individual how to become their own point of origin as they look out onto the world. Tools from yoga, meditation, strength training, and linguistic re-framing are used in a multi-disciplinary approach, for personal development. Students learn a structured practice for focusing the mind and accessing the deepest reality within.
Body by design, Equanimity, Bioenergetics, and Community are the four pillars that provide a practical framework for lifestyle choices that are grounded in the mind-body system. The four tenets of applied science, structured experimentation, daily practice, and listening for feedback are used to deepen every practitioner’s experience of the four pillars. Through continuous application of this eight-limbed system, one’s mind travels from gross perception, all the way down to subtle vibrations. The ultimate aim of the Jai Sugrim Method is to achieve integration between our inner and outer lives, leading to positive impact in the local and global communities.
Movement with intention. Do what feels good for the body.
Growing up a competitive gymnast, flexibility, and strength have always been incorporated into Britney’s workouts. In MOVE, Britney combines her knowledge of yoga and gymnastics. You can expect a dynamic flow that has a similar feel to yoga stretching, while including body-shaping and body-weight conditioning from a gymnastics approach. Britney believes core strength and bodyweight movements are a necessary tool for overall health and wellness. And of course, start to get comfortable getting upside down. Let’s move!
