Blake’s love of fitness and movement began as a child while learning and participating in gymnastics for 16 years. She loved how challenging and rewarding it was, and continued to share her love of the sport by coaching it an additional 11 years. As her passion of fitness continues to grow, she is now a Level 2 Crossfit Trainer, with an intense focus on technique and proper movement. Blake’s mission is to not only have people feel strong, confident, powerful and proud after working out with her, but to understand why each movement must be done in certain ways. Her positive energy, focus, and personal attention to detail are all driving forces in making that happen!
